Dear Liz. I cannot thank you, Maggie, and your whole team for the experiences you provided L. with over the past three years at BSS, especially in Musical Theatre but also in your cooking programs. L. has really grown into a more confident young woman thanks to her experience with Explore It! and especially your musical theatre program. Her singing and acting skills have developed and strengthened, her sense of self and her confidence have formed more clearly, and she has had the opportunity to explore many aspects about herself and her abilities in a safe, loving and supportive environment. She would not have had the chance to do this without you and your guidance. She has aspirations to make it to Hollywood and Broadway — you heard it here first!

Dear Liz. We are going to miss you! What a spectacular finale to 10 shows that L. has thrilled in doing with your team. It feels like the end of an era around here. Just wanted to say a great big THANK YOU for all of your hard work these last couple of years with C. She has absolutely loved working with you ladies. Please pass on a big thank you to everyone involved. It has really helped mold her into the fantastic young lady she is becoming. I use the story of how C. started out as a munchkin and worked super hard to end up where she did last night. Hard work and dedication pay off. Such an important life lesson. She sees that now. Hello Elizabeth… Just wanted to send you an email and say a great big thank you to you and all the wonderful people you work with. C. absolutely LOVED working on the musical. You guys do such an amazing job making the girls feel important, confident to go up on stage, understand that it is normal to be nervous and really enjoy themselves all at the same time. Please pass on a big thank you to all involved. As soon as the performance was over, C. said ” what do I have to look forward to now in the next month?” I answered ” ummm Christmas?” Seems not the same as musical theatre.
We can not wait for the next production… I mentioned to some friends that this musical theatre class is one of the reasons I am so happy C. started BSS in grade 5. It really has helped form what the beautiful and creative young lady she is becoming.

M. was thrilled with the entire experience (as were we). L. and I started typing you an email a couple days ago – sorry it has taken so long – but we wanted to say thank you so much to you and the team for all your efforts and energies in mounting such a marvellous Annie production – such a marvellous total-Annie-experience actually, as it started well before the production date. L. adores musical theatre and I thank you for helping to nurture that passion.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for tonight’s most incredible production. This was our first experience with your group and we could not have imagined the professional quality of the production you and your team coaxed from this little girls. It was hard to imagine these kids are mostly under 10. J’s grandmother flew in from Fredericton just for the show! The script, the music, the costumes, the set, the direction were all very professional and the girls seemed to really enjoy the shows, and all of the rehearsals too!
Honestly – blew us away. Thanks for a great experience for J. and her family!

The National Ballet Company already informed us that P. will be cast in This Seasons Nutcracker …. so all we can do now is wait till October to confirm which roll she will receive….she is soooo thrilled!!!!! You MUST come watch, as her love for the stage and theatre was started with YOU! You planted a seed…and look where she has landed.
